Food Allergies and Return Policy

Dear Neko Sushi LLC customer, please list any food allergies to ensure that we can make your order safely. If we do not know about the allergies we will not be able to accommodate them as we are not mind readers. Once the ordered is completed (online or in person), there will be no returns accepted. For trays, if a selection is not made, you will be billed for the most expensive one. For questions or concerns please contact us at either +1 (585) 474-6963 or (240) 907-2982

Please read the descriptions carefully before you purchase item(s) to ensure you pick the right item and that there is no food allergy. At the store, you are NOT allowed to open the sushi containers before the item(s) are purchased. If you are caught doing so you will be required to purchase said item. You are also not allowed to flip, shake or tilt the sushi container, if caught you will be required to purchase said items. If you have a question about any items please ask our workers who will kindly assist you. Please be mindful of cross contamination in order to better service our customers with food allergies. 

In light of the COVID-19 virus: if you are sick please inform our workers who will assist you in making your selection while minimizing the spreading of the virus. You can also take advantage of our online ordering to be able to see pictures and descriptions of item(s).

Neko Sushi LLC hereby agrees to not sell customer information on any market. The company will not make any public comment that is not truthful. We encourage you to reach out to us with issues so that we can work to make it right and everyone can be happy. 

Customers are also required to be truthful in their claims about Neko Sushi as each claim will be investigated. Neko Sushi reserves the right to ban customers making false claims. Claims that unnecessarily harm the business without warrant may result in legal action against the customer.
